    We accept American Express, Mastercard and Visa credit cards. Sorry, we are unable to accept debit cards, checks or cash on phone orders at this time.

  • when will my card be charged

    We will charge your credit card on the date you place your order. If your order is being sent in multiple shipments (whether to the same destination or to different destinations) your credit card will be charged separately for each shipment.

  • how do i redeem a promotion code?

    Let your sales associate know if you have a promotion code when ordering.

  • can i use my prestige member discount?

    If you are registered as a Prestige Member, your Prestige Member discount can be applied to your order but you must mention your membership card number when ordering. If you are not registered, you can sign up for the Prestige Membership Program over the phone and we will include your Prestige Program membership card in your shipment. Ask your sales associate for details.
