Please note that gift cards are not returnable or refundable and all returns are subject to verification of original sale. Crabtree & Evelyn reserves the right to limit or deny returns.

Returns by mail

Returns by mail must be received within 60 days of the original purchase date indicated on your receipt and must include a copy of the receipt.

You must obtain a Return Authorisation Number before any item(s) can be returned. Request a Return Authorisation Number by calling 1-800-272-2873 Monday through Thursday 8:30 a.m. to 5 p.m. and Friday 9:30 a.m. to 5 p.m. Eastern Standard Time or by sending an email to askus@crabtree-evelyn.com. Returns cannot be processed without a copy of the original receipt and a Return Authorisation Number.

Refunds (excluding shipping and handling charges) will be applied to the debit or credit card account used for the original order. Please allow up to two (2) billing cycles for your refund to post to your account.
