Shipping & Handling

We pride ourselves on delivering your shipment quickly. We ship orders Monday through Friday. Your order will ship within two business days of receiving confirmed payment for your order. All orders are subject to bank confirmation prior to processing. Typical standard ground delivery takes approximately 5-7 business days.

Please note:

  • Business days refer to Monday through Friday, excluding holidays
  • Saturday and Sunday deliveries are currently not available
  • To ensure safe delivery, we require a physical address (post office box addresses are not accepted)
  • Free shipping promotions apply to standard shipping on in stock items only
  • Crabtree & Evelyn Canada only ships to destinations within Canada

SHIPPING FEES

Free standard shipping on orders of $65 or more. Purchases of gift cards, shipping charges and taxes do not count towards the minimum purchase threshold to qualify for free shipping. For orders less than $65, standard shipping and handling charges will be $8.00 if shipping within the same province and $12.00 if shipping out of province.

TAXES
Canadian Provincial Sales Taxes (PST), Goods and Services Sale Tax (GST), and Harmonized Sales Tax (HST) will be collected on each order when applicable.

NON COMMERCIAL USE
We do not offer merchandise for resale. We reserve the right, with or without prior notice, to cancel or reduce any orders that we believe, in our sole discretion, may result in violation of these terms and conditions.

RETURNS & EXCHANGES

PHONE ORDER RETURNS
Please mail or personally return your purchase to the store from which you purchased the product. Crabtree & Evelyn Canada accepts returns within 60 days of your original purchase.

There are just a couple of things to remember:

Returns with a copy of the invoice:

  • Send product back to original store from which the product was purchased.
  • Please enclose a copy of the invoice along with the product.
  • Let us know if you would prefer an exchange or refund. If you would prefer a refund, we will refund the purchase price directly to the credit card account used for the original order. Shipping charges are not refundable.
  • Please remember to include a daytime phone number where we may contact you if we have any questions.
  • If you would like an exchange, shipping and handling charges will apply.

Returns without a copy of the invoice:

  • Send product back to original store from which the product was purchased.
  • Please enclose the product.
  • Let us know if you would prefer to exchange for another product or receive a store credit.
  • Please remember to include your mailing address and a day time phone number where we may contact you if we have any questions.
  • If you would like an exchange, shipping and handling charges will apply.
